Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances can change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully:
1. Order Cancellation (Time-Sensitive)
You may request a cancellation before your order enters the shipping or fulfillment process. Once your order has been processed or handed off to our logistics team, we can no longer guarantee cancellation.
2. Cancellation Request Processing
While we try to accommodate cancellation requests promptly, submitting a request does not guarantee that the order will be canceled in time. Orders are processed quickly, and in some cases may ship within hours of being placed.
3. Cancellation Outcome
- If your cancellation is approved before shipment, you will receive a full refund.
- If your order has already shipped, you may be eligible for a refund minus shipping and handling charges, once the item is returned (if applicable).
4. Custom or Personalized Products
Orders for personalized or custom-made items cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started.
5. Rescheduling Option
