  • All purchases are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

2. Exceptions

    • You receive a product that is damaged upon arrival.

3. Reporting an Issue

  • Please provide your order number, along with clear photos or videos showing the issue. This will help us verify and process your claim promptly.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or delays caused by shipping carriers.
