How long does shipping take?
We process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
We ship Monday to Friday. Carrier delivery may occur on weekends, depending on your location.
If your order is placed before 2:00 PM, your package will be packed the same day and handed over to our shipping partner DHL, UPS, USPS or FedEx.
If your order is placed after 2:00 PM, it will be packed within the next 24 hours and handed over to our shipping partner on the following business day.
Once the package is handed over to DHL, shipping usually takes 2 to 6 business days.
Please note that delays beyond our control may occur. You’ll receive a live tracking link via email or SMS as soon as your package has been shipped.

Are the products in your shop all original?
All items in our assortment are 100% original and sourced exclusively from official distribution channels.
When can I buy the latest set in your shop?
We usually receive all the latest sets from the various TCGs in stock. Lately, however, we tend to sell out quickly right after new releases. We're working hard to be able to offer larger quantities to everyone in the future!
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We use DHL, UPS, USPS, or FedEx for our shipping. All our shipments are insured and usually arrive within 2–6 business days after shipping. You will receive live tracking to monitor the progress of your delivery. If you have any further questions about shipping or your order, feel free to contact us anytime.
