At God of Cards, our goal is to make every purchase clear for you. To avoid misunderstandings and to help you know what to expect if something goes wrong with your order, please review the policy below before completing your purchase.

- Exceptions apply only when items arrive damaged or different from what you ordered.
- Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days after our confirmation.
- If your case is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label along with step-by-step return instructions.
- Please review your cart, shipping details, and product selections carefully before placing your order.
1. Damaged or Wrong Items
- If your order arrives damaged or you receive an item that does not match what you purchased, contact our customer support as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
- Once our team has reviewed and approved your claim, we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions on how to prepare and send the item back to us.
2. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm eligibility.
- Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account, which is outside our control.
- If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please reach out to us for further review.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for reasons such as a change of mind, selecting the wrong product, or delays caused by the carrier or other shipping issues beyond our control.
4. Order Cancellation
- You may request to cancel your order before it enters the shipping or fulfillment process. Once your order has been processed or transferred to our logistics team, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
- Submitting a cancellation request does not ensure it will be completed in time, as orders may move quickly through our system after placement.
- All sales are final once an order has been processed. After this point, cancellations, returns, or exchanges are only available in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.
