Key Delivery Details

Order cut-off time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EDT are typically processed the same business day. Orders received after this time will be handled on the next business day.

Processing time: All orders are prepared within 0–1 business day (Monday–Friday). During peak periods or high order volumes, processing may occasionally take slightly longer.

Delivery time: Once shipped, most packages arrive within 2–6 business days (Monday–Friday). Final delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Shipping cost: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package size, and weight. The final shipping cost is always shown before order confirmation.

Order Processing & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email right away.

After processing (typically 0–1 business day), your order is shipped and you will receive a tracking number by email. This allows you to monitor your delivery at every stage.

Potential Delays

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow an additional up to 2 business days for possible courier delays and check your tracking link for updates.

If there is still no movement, contact us with your order number and we will look into it immediately.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@godofcards.us.

Orders can only be canceled before they enter processing or shipment. Once an order is being prepared or has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and a return will need to be initiated after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please send clear photos of the product and packaging to support@godofcards.us.

We will review the issue promptly and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
